Crown Verity is launching the world's first left-handed BBQ on April 1^st, 2014 with special design considerations for left-handed chefs and backyard barbecuers.

Approximately 10% of people are born left-handed, which means about 10% of barbecues need to be re-designed in order to best serve the 3.5 million Canadians and 31.4 million Americans who are most likely left-handed grillers.

The left-handed barbecue features a left-sided lighting port, left sided wheels for easier transportability, reversed turning knobs so that heat increases as they are turned to the left, a left handed thermometer, and a left side shelf.
