ADDISON, Ill., Jan. 16, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Diversified metal component manufacturer JD Norman Industries, Inc. has completed the acquisition of REGE Motorenteile GmbH. The acquisition agreement was announced in December 2017 pending applicable antitrust approvals, which have been satisfactorily received.
Headquartered in Eisenach, Germany, REGE Motorenteile is a manufacturer of precision machined components and assemblies for automotive and industrial markets. REGE Motorenteile has manufacturing operations in Germany and Romania and supplies customers throughout Europe and North America.
