Allocadia, leaders in Marketing Performance Management technology and creators of the #RunMarketing movement today announced a limited beta program for a new strategic marketing planning solution.

The new initiative will set forth a collaborative program in partnership with leading marketing organizations to refine key features before the public availability of the solution in forthcoming months.

The new functionality provides marketers easy-to-use cloud software for defining, communicating, and tracking marketing objectives at the corporate, departmental, and team levels. This enables greater alignment and visibility across the organization and enhances the ability to achieve, and measure, success. When marketing teams rely on offline, disconnected tools like PowerPoint to define and communicate key objectives, this can cause misinterpretation and misalignment in all levels of the organization. Allocadia's new solution allows marketers to take a strategy-first approach to planning, integrated into their existing marketing technology stack.

"We have a complex planning process," said Helena Lewis, Senior Group Manager for Global Marketing Operations and Technology at National Instruments. "Allocadia's Strategic Planning solution will provide clarity across teams so we can focus on impact; it will also help get buy-in for our plan and make our process repeatable."

"Our mission is to bring confidence to every marketer in the world," said Kristine Steuart, CEO and Co-Founder of Allocadia. "With the addition of this Strategic Planning solution, we continue to enable marketers to focus on business impact and run marketing with confidence. Every marketer needs to align their marketing plans to the strategic goals of the business, and this strategy-first planning ensures greater impact of every marketing dollar invested."

"From day one, Allocadia has built our product hand-in-hand with customers," said Katherine Berry, Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Allocadia. "We believe product innovation comes from direct collaboration with marketers, and we're fortunate to work with leading brands such as Box, Microsoft, Juniper Networks, and over 150 more to co-create solutions. Given the importance of strategic planning, we have been working closely with customer organizations to meld front-line insight from their teams into the product development process. With this beta program, we expand this collaborative effort to shape the future of marketing plans, together."

The importance of strategic marketing planning was revealed in a recent Allocadia industry study, which found that 83% of companies expecting over 25% revenue growth "often or always" align marketing performance goals to their company's objectives, as compared to only 50% of those with flat, or negative growth. Additionally, companies with strong growth are 2X more likely to align marketing KPIs directly to contribution to the business, underscoring the need for all marketing teams to operate in lock-step with company objectives.

According to SiriusDecisions, the marketing planning process is a CMO's best opportunity to demonstrate leadership and an understanding of how to operationalize corporate strategy consistently across the sales, marketing and product functions.

The announcement comes during the 2017 SiriusDecisions Summit where over 3,000 B2B marketing and sales leaders gather to share best practices. Allocadia is a sponsor of the event, located in booth #431, presenting two case study sessions with customer Red Hat on Tuesday, May 16th at 11:15am and 2:45pm. In addition, Allocadia customer Fuze will accept the 2017 SiriusDecisions Return on Integration Award, recognizing outstanding achievements in sales, marketing, and product alignment.

Organizations who would like to nominate themselves for acceptance into this limited-access beta initiative are invited to submit their information at this link or speak to a member of the Allocadia team at this week's SiriusDecisions event. The program is open to both customers of Allocadia and non-customers.
