KUBRA, a customer interaction management solution provider, today announced that it and Laclede Gas Company have executed a new multi-year contract for e-billing services. Laclede Gas Company is the largest natural gas distribution utility in Missouri, serving approximately 630,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers in the city of St. Louis and ten other counties in Eastern Missouri. With the new contract Laclede Gas will implement the KUBRA i-doxs™ Suite, our flagship e-billing and e-payments platform to support a comprehensive e-billing and self-service strategy.

Laclede Gas did an extensive review of the e-billing and e-payment market place via an RFP review and selected KUBRA based on our integrated single source platform, market-leading functionality, utility experience, and proven ability to deliver high paper-less adoption rates. Laclede Gas will implement all the modules within the KUBRA i-doxs Suite to support a multi-channel e-billing strategy across Biller-Direct, Consolidator, Secure E-mail Delivery and Mobile E-billing (Mobile Brower and 2-way SMS). A key consideration for Laclede was sourcing all four e-billing modules on one common and integrated technology architecture.
