Cxense and Gigya Develop Technology Integration to Amplify the Power of Customer Data

New Technology Integration Allows Publishers and Digital Businesses to Establish Actionable, 360-Degree Profiles of Their Users

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA and OSLO, NORWAY--(Marketwired - October 06, 2015) - Cxense, the global leader in data management and personalization technology and Gigya, the Leader in Customer Identity Management, today announced a new technology integration that enables media companies and other digital businesses to build out incredibly detailed and actionable user profiles.

With the integration, permission-based, first-party consumer data captured using Gigya's customer identity and access management (CIAM) platform can feed into master user profiles created by the Cxense DMP (Data Management Platform). The combined 360-degree user profiles give digital businesses extraordinary insight into their users' interests, demographics, locations, onsite behaviors and more.

Businesses that have implemented the new integration, which is available in Gigya's IDX Marketplace, are able to use rich customer data to personalize content, create highly targeted advertising and tailor user experiences to deliver high levels of customer engagement and boost sales conversions. User profiles are updated in real-time and can be used across sites and devices.

One of the first integration projects is already exceeding expectations according to Bruno Vilela, Head of Digital Operations for Brazilian media house Grupo Jaime Camara. "The synergy between the two technologies has dramatically increased our audience knowledge, including navigation patterns across multiple devices," said Vilela. "With one simple click, users can register with the O Popular newspaper, and their Cxense profiles are immediately enriched with first-party data from Gigya."

Grupo Jaime Camara uses the user data to personalize content and advertisements, in real-time, on its websites, mobile sites and mobile apps using the Cxense Content personalization solution and the Cxense Display ad server.

The powerful technology integration is available immediately and will be showcased at the Cxense Experience event to be held in Miami later this year.
