DIRTT Announces Annual and Special Meeting Voting Results

DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd. ("DIRTT" or the "Corporation") is pleased to provide the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 13, 2014.

Shareholders voted and approved the following proposals: (1) the appointment of Deloitte LLP as the auditors of the Corporation; (2) the election of the directors of the Corporation; (3) the approval of the amended and restated by-law no. 1 of the Corporation incorporating, among other things, advance notice provisions; (4) the approval of the Corporation's shareholder rights plan; and (5) the approval of an amendment to the articles of the Corporation to remove the class A preferred shares from its authorized capital.
