COON RAPIDS, MN--(Marketwired - Oct 5, 2015) - In partnership with K-LOVE Radio, Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) will send 40 nutritious MannaPack™ rice meals for every $40 monthly pledge given during the station's fall pledge drive from October 6-16, 2015. More than 700,000 meals could be provided by the end of the partnership.
"We are passionate about K-LOVE's work and are excited to not only bring the message of Feed My Starving Children to a new audience, but also to raise awareness about the hundreds of thousands of children around the world who do not have enough to eat," said Mark Crea, Executive Director/CEO of FMSC.
Crea explained that the meals provided during this partnership make up a small but significant portion of the meals that FMSC sends year-round to children in need. This year FMSC's goal is to produce 270 million meals.
