Imperial Capital Continues Its Global Expansion of the High Yield & Distressed Credit Sales Team

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2016) - Imperial Capital Group, LLC ("Imperial Capital"), announced a number of senior hires in its continued High Yield & Distressed Credit Sales expansion designed to drive the franchise's credit sales & trading capabilities to institutional investors in the US and the EEA. Eric Ohayon joins Imperial Capital (International) LLP ("Imperial UK") in London and Thomas Crystal joins Imperial Capital in New York.

Thomas Crystal joins Imperial Capital as a Managing Director with over 25 years of experience in Credit Sales & Trading. Prior to joining Imperial Capital, Mr. Crystal was the US Head of High Yield Credit Sales at HSBC Securities. Previously, he was a Managing Director on the High Yield Sales Desk at RBS Securities Inc. Formerly, Mr. Crystal was an Executive Director in High Yield Sales at Morgan Stanley. He earned a BA from Davidson College in North Carolina.

Eric Ohayon joins Imperial UK as a Managing Director with more than 18 years of experience in Credit Sales. Prior to joining Imperial, he was a Managing Director in the High Yield Credit Sales Group at Nomura. Previously, he spent 15 years in the Credit Sales Group at Morgan Stanley where he became Co-Head of European Credit Sales in 2010. Mr. Ohayon graduated from ESSEC Business School in Paris.
