Ipro Announces New Enhancements of Three Flagship Products

New Releases of Allegro, Eclipse, and eCapture Feature Significant Speed and Workflow Improvements


PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwired - Apr 10, 2014) - Ipro Tech, LLC, a worldwide leader in the design of e-discovery software, today announced new releases of its three flagship products. Early case assessment product Allegro, web-based review tool Eclipse, and high-speed processing tool eCapture all received significant performance and feature upgrades, allowing users to achieve an even better end-to-end e-discovery workflow.

Major enhancements to Allegro include the ability to use Enterprise workers to perform OCR; improved export performance; the addition of an export series allowing multiple jobs to be queued for an export; the ability to define up to three levels of sorting criteria for exports; the ability to configure and manage time zone settings; the addition of new metadata fields for search and export; and utilizing Mount Image Pro™ as the default forensic image mounting tool.

Major updates to Eclipse include the addition of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) functionality; migration of batch management into the Eclipse web interface; expanded batch management security; the addition of the new Ipro Intelligence search (finds documents needed to train Eclipse Analytics categorization) and random sampling searches; the ability to categorize documents in the Eclipse web interface; keyboard shortcuts for basic review functions; and the ability to monitor imports from Allegro or eCapture in the Eclipse Schedule Manager.

Allegro and Eclipse both received integration and speed improvements, increasing the end-to-end functionality of the platform. 

Major enhancements to eCapture, Ipro's fully-automated electronic processing solution, include significantly improved speed and distribution of Lotus Notes tasks, the ability to specify job-level system directories at the project level; the addition of OCR output being performed only once for each discovered document, Enterprise OCR support for Ipro Allegro, and the addition of a new metadata field "DocCategory."
