CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - June 30, 2015) - The Illinois Technology Association (ITA) has launched the ITA Talent Portal, a new platform for tech companies who are recruiting and hiring talent in Illinois and Chicago.
The ITA Talent Portal features a job board with open positions at top tech companies in Greater Chicago, as well as two candidate databases, one for professionals (Talent Network) and one for students (College Network).
"What we know to be true, is that talent and hiring, specifically in the tech industry is a challenge -- that's why we created the ITA Talent Portal," said Trisha Degg, Talent Programs Manager for ITA. "Our goal with this platform is to make it easier for companies who are growing rapidly to get in front of the right people and build a stronger team in Illinois."
Powered by CareerBuilder, the ITA Talent Portal is open to technology companies who are members of the Illinois Technology Association. They can use the portal to post their open positions and search the Talent and College Networks.
