iView Systems Awarded Province Wide Contract for Incident Reporting and Facial Recognition

iTrak and iGWatch Platforms Selected to Support Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation's (OLG) Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program

OAKVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 18, 2011) - iView Systems, a leading provider of loss prevention solutions for the security and surveillance environment, announces that it has successfully won a multi-phase contract providing a centralized management solution for the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation's (OLG) voluntary self exclusion program at its 27 casinos and slot facilities across the province.

The iTrak Incident Reporting and Risk Management Platform has been installed province wide as the initial phase of the OLG voluntary self-exclusion program. The current phase of the iGWatch Facial Recognition Software is currently being installed at OLG facilities.

Voluntary self-exclusion is a self help tool offered by OLG to people who wish to limit or stop their gambling. Participants make a written commitment to stay away from all gaming facilities in Ontario for the term of their self-exclusion and have their names removed from marketing databases.

The iTrak platform combined with the iGWatch Facial Recognition software provides OLG with a scalable enterprise platform to capture and manage the entire self-exclusion program province wide. This includes all registration, enrolment and related processes including integration into appropriate mailing lists and marketing databases.

"iView's technology and expertise allows OLG to improve its voluntary self-exclusion program to better support people who choose to self-exclude themselves from our gaming sites, " said Paul Pellizzari, Director of Policy and Social Responsibility for OLG. "The iTrak System and iGWatch Facial Recognition Software will also enhance the ability of OLG security personnel to monitor the self-exclusion database."

"iView Systems has a decade of experience in this field. Combined with OLG's operational expertise, this project has enabled us to successfully implement a unique solution that uses the best available technology to efficiently address the needs of the provincial voluntary self exclusion program." said Martin Drew, President, iView Systems.
