J&J Ventures Gaming will use the award-winning JOINGO mobile loyalty platform to engage in highly effective real-time mobile marketing. The app serves as J&J Ventures' players hub, providing immediate access to information such as gaming locations, offers, and J&J Rewards Club account details.
With rich features including JOINGO Places™ geo-fencing, participating players will be instantly notified and receive driving directions and promotional offers when they are near a J&J Ventures Gaming location. The app is designed to help increase player visits and improve the entertainment experience at J&J's 650+ Illinois locations, in which over 2,600 video gaming terminals are currently operating.
The app will allow for the delivery of Free Play and other promotional offers directly to participating players through in-app messages via push notification. The offers can be redeemed via unique QR codes at each location, and each redemption is tracked within the JOINGO console, providing real-time visibility into the mobile campaign performance. J&J Gaming will also have one year exclusive rights to the JOINGO Location Based Promotions feature.
