OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 1, 2013) - On Saturday, March 2, 2013 Giant Tiger will celebrate the official opening of its new store in Shawville, Quebec located at C473 Route 148.
Doors will open at 8 a.m. after a ribbon cutting ceremony and speeches by some local dignitaries and the Store Owner, Ken Pack. Giant Tiger is proud to be connected and committed to the communities we serve. A charity BBQ will be taking place benefitting Do It For Daron; get a hot dog and a drink for $1.
It will be a fun-filled day with plenty of free activities for customers of all ages, including gift card giveaways to the first 100 customers in store, free coffee and hot chocolate, strolling entertainment, and even a visit from Friendly the Giant Tiger! There will be gift card and promotional giveaways during the celebrations.
