Salient Selects Archer for Consolidated SMA Accounts

BERWYN, PA--(Marketwired - Sep 13, 2016) - Archer®, a technology and services innovator for the investment management industry, today announced that Salient, a diversified asset management firm and leading provider of alternative and real asset investment strategies, has selected Archer to service its consolidated book of retail SMA portfolios.

Archer began providing technology for Forward's separately managed accounts in 2007. The firm deepened its relationship with Archer by adding full outsourcing services in 2013, helping Forward align their costs with their growth. Following the Forward acquisition, Salient recognized Archer's ability to unify their operations across multiple investment management groups handling multiple asset classes.
