"The success of the tranSMART platform relies on our global open-source community of users and developers that are dedicated to developing innovative applications and advancing the platform," said tranSMART Foundation CEO Keith Elliston. "These events are an excellent opportunity for the community to come together, brainstorm ideas and further enhance the platform to drive translational biomedical research projects. We thank our host and sponsors for this meeting. Without the support of the community, the success of this open-source platform would not be possible."
The meeting will include an update on the tranSMART platform, discussions on current projects using the platform and development of a programming roadmap for the release of version 1.2 of the software.
