Eagle Graphite Completes Tranche 2 of Private Placement

Eagle Graphite Incorporated (TSX VENTURE:EGA)(FRANKFURT:NJGN) ("Eagle Graphite" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its press release of December 14, 2015, the Company completed its second tranche ("Tranche 2") of the non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $75,680, thereby bringing the aggregate gross proceeds of the private placement to $320,680 (the "Private Placement"). The first tranche of the Private Placement closed on December 4, 2015. Pursuant to Tranche 2 of the Private Placement, the Company issued 1,513,600 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.05 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one common share (each a "Share") and one-half of one common share purchase warrant (each whole warrant a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.075 at any time until January 14, 2018.

The Private Placement is subject to receipt of final approval of the TSXV. The Shares and Warrants comprising the Units are subject to a statutory hold period until May 15, 2016.

The net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used to fund exploration work and for general and administrative purposes.
